(7:55 p.m.) Wayne Stein Dennis Dirlam <ddirlam@hotmail.com> Thursday, October 07, 2010 12:25 PM Wayne Stein Gregory and Julie St. Aubin Variance Request From: Sent: To: Subject: Dear Mr. Stein; We own the property on the south side of Pickerel Lake. 1. We do not oppose the setback of 185' for the storage building making it 15' closer to the lake than the required 200' setback. 2. We are opposed to variance 2 because it is an addition to a permanent structure which is already only 110' from the required 200' setback on this natural environment lake. 3. We are opposed to variance 3 because the requested location of the camper is far too close to the lake. However, we believe the owner should be allowed to temporarily locate the camper on the property closer to the required 200' setback for no more than one year.
