We also will relocate the existing fish cleaning house to a new location away from the lake and propose to build a detach garage/storage/hobby building (near existing house and garage). The laundry building will also be eliminated. Common areas will be controlled by a owners association with mandatory membership and assessments for all expenses. We also wish to moor only 20 boats. This will cut back on our present boat mooring which is unregulated. Boosalis Trust - Approved Revised Plan: A Conditional Use Permit Application to - The Boosalis Trust respectfully request a Conditional Use to allow the regrading of their site in excess of the allowable 300 cubic yards. The grading is required for the construction of a tennis court and future gazebo building. The amount of soils moved is approximately 430 cubic yards. These soils, removed from the high side of the proposed tennis court, will be used to fill in the low portion of the tennis court. This will result in approximately balancing the cut/fill for the site. Any excess soils will be relocated to the low point of this portion of the site to minimize erosion problems and will be in accordance with governing ordinances. Silt fencing shall be installed at the eastern limits of construction until new vegetation is established (as per plans on file at Land & Resource Mgt. Office).
