After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 51' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 1' from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' for the construction of the applicant's home 49' from the lake. Hardship being a substandard lot of record. No additional variance will be required. Donald Bruns - Approved Donald Bruns, Richville, MN. requested a variance from the minimum lot area and lot width requirements for a platted back lot and a variance from the subdivision controls ordinance for the development of a back lot that will be approximately 17,050 square feet( ,39 acre). This lot will be permanently attached to the applicant's lake lot.
