After discussion, motion was made by John Everts to approve variance because of the difficult slope of the lot, watershed problems, a special use permit has already been granted, and .the meandered shore line sets this property behind that of the neighbors. The motion was seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried. Elaine Trigg, Fergus Falls, MN, requested to be tabled untilthe August 5th meeting. Harold Hauqrud. Barnesville. MN, requested permission to construct a 24' x 24' garage 5' from lot line, on Lot 9, Peterson's Lakeshore tracts in Section 28, Dunn Township. After discussion, motion was made by George Walter to deny approval be­ cause of objections from the adjoining neighbor, also road right-of-way variance required, had a permit to construct a garage in 1972 and space used for something else. The motion was seconded by tom Stringer and carried with John Everts voting "no".
