MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown,
granting the variance as requested would make a substandard lot more substandard and it was
the opinion of the Board that adequate area is available for building that would not
require any variances.
