MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 7' variance
from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the placement of an 8’ by 12’ storage shed 3’ from the south side lot
line (location number 2 on the applicant’s drawing). Hardship being a substandard lot of record. The granting of the
variance will allow reasonable use of the applicant’s property.
