Jeff and Susan Jenson - Approved the variance application as requested with a condition. (7:28 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance to construct an addition (to an existing cabin) that is 71’ 8” from ordinary high water level with the condition that no more
than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. It was noted that the addition will be behind the
existing structure and there will be no roof line change to the existing structure.
