Joel C. Shobe, Kevin G and Randi M. Schlager- Approved the variance application as requested with a
condition. (7:04 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as described in the Schlagers' application and in the Shobe’s application and as depicted on the drawings submitted
with the variance applications with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be presented at the time of recording.
It was noted that the variance as approved will provide the applicant’s with the ability to square up their lot lines without
significantly impacting the immediate area.

Parcel No. 46-000-99-0475-000. Joel Shobe owns Parcel B, which is part of Parcel No. 46-000-08-0061-000. I would like to
transfer Parcel C to Joel Shobe in exchange for Parcel B, Parcel B would then be attached to Parcel No. 46-000-99-0475-
000 and Parcel C would then be attached to Parcel No. 46-000-08-0061-000.
Shobe’s Application -1 own Parcel B referenced on the drawing on file with the County Auditor’s office, which is part of
