Meyer, who ptirchased the property under a contract for deed on October I8, 1976. Recently I attempted to record a deed to this property. This deed is dated September 19» 1983? a photo­ static copy of it is attached. The Gotanty Recorder refused to record the deed because the conveyance of the property resulted in a subdivision of less than 2^ acres. Also attached you will find a plat of the survey of this property which was prepared by Russell B, Kastelle, a registered land surveyor. This survey shows the location of the buildings on the land. G?he tract in question is Parcel No. 009A. I have occupied this land for many years and have built a cottage on this land. I request that a variance be granted in order that I may record my deed.
