A letter from the Otter Tail Township speaking to the variance request was read for the record. After consideration, motion was made by Cohn Everts, seconded by George 'rialter and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown, the granting of the variance request would establish a precedence and the location of the garage might cause problems for snow removal. It should be noted that the structure is setback 170’ from the ordinary high water level and the placement of the garage in this location will not create problems for snow removal.
