My question is either you will or won’t approve it. When approval is given I feel that a sixty to ninety day time limit should be put on moving the old cabin. Once it is removed and the variance is not approved I have no recourse and no cabin. the variance reads 50’-60’ from the lake rather than 60’-70’ as stated in your letter. Also ^ this will be a retirement home and not a cabin.
