Motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by David Trites and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25’ from
the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a dwelling 50’ from the ordinary high water
level. The variance as granted will provide the applicant with reasonable use of his property, as there does appear to
be a building site at the 50’ setback.
