Dear Madame/Sir:
We have just built a lake cabin on Otter Tail Lake and are planning to sod the
lot. As we discussed by telephone we are planning to put 2-4 inches of topdress over
the entire lot. The topdress will consist of black dirt and sod. We would like to get
permission to do this work.
The work will be done by Tony Van Watermulen of Perham (218) 346-6307. We
can be reached during the day as follows: Fred Hillier work (612)340-5657 or Laurel
Hillier (612) 377-8894.
A sketch of the property is enclosed. The fire number is 172A. The site permit
number is 10936. The parcel number is 46-000-04-0018-005. The complete parcel
