After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Marion Gill and carried with Michael Harris voting
no, to approve the proposed subdivision as stated in the variance application dated June 11, 2008 with the following conditions:
1.) a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance, and 2.) the area within the back lot cannot be
used when determining impervious surface coverage for front lot development. It was noted that the size of the proposed lots are
consistent with other lots in this immediate area.
