March 13. 2002: Motion Failed / Request Denied: A motion by Schwartz, second by Sha to approve the
revised,plan provided the lot behind the cabin is drained to the back, there must be a swale, being 4” lower,
installed; the back settling area must be lower and sufficient to handle all the water that normally sits onsite.
They must not place any more fill than necessary (may place only enough fill in order to move the water to
the back of the lot).
