SPECIFY YOUR REQUEST. PLEASE BE BRIEF AS THIS WILL BE USED FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.A Conditional Use Permit is request to haul in 927 CY of granular fill material. The fill
is required to maintain a three foot vertical separation between the Ordinary High Water
Level and the finished floor elevations of the proposed house, garage and storage shed.
The fill will be hauled in from an approved and licensed gravel pit.
A quantity of 330 CY of existing site top soil will be stockedpiled north of the proposed
storage shed. The existing site soil will be re-used for shaping, grading and to provide
drainage swales and storm water control.

location, well location and storm water control. See attached Warranty Deed for ownership
proof. See attached letter from the Ottertail Water Management District in regards to the
approved septic design
