Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 69’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for a 12’ by 16’ addition 81’ from the ordinary high water
level with the condition that before a site permit can be issued for the'proposed development the existing boathouse
must be removed., It was noted that the proposed development would be no closer to the ordinary high water level
than the existing structure. Hardship is a,|ubstandai^.lpt of.ri^ord.
