I, Monzarrate M. Baez, III, and Mary Jo Baez, give permission for jCarl
Umlauf to set his trailer on the west end of our property located on
County Road #10, RR #1, Elizabeth. The charge for rental of this
property will be $75.00 per month.
Mr. Umlauf will be responsible for the installation of waste disposal
system and drilling of well. Once installed, these improvements are
not to be removed. Also, Mr. Umlauf will be responsible for the leveling
of the property for his trailer.
