Chairman Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., and after cor rection of the minutes of the November 4th meeting relative to the Pfeifle hearing, to read "written approval by the State Health Department", upon motion made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried, were accepted as corrected. Ihc following variance requests were considered; Venion Stenerson, Rothsay, MN, requests permission to sell an 80 acre parcel in Section 22 of Oscar Township, retaining one acre for homestead, without a surveyor's After some discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer to table action;;''aw 1 ng . Marlow Davidson, I'nver Grove Heights, MN, requests permission to place a 1,500 gal lon holding tank between two cottages, approximately six feet from each cottage, on Mil' r.jst 72 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, Crystal Lida Beaches, Lida Township, cu.sion, motion was made by Tom Stringer to grant approval, subject to approval in After dis- M iiing by the Minnesota Department of Health, based, upon a full disclosure of facts I le made by the Otter Tail County Land & REsource Office to said health department, written approval is based upon a recited full consideration by them, or by ons of authority, in said health de|)artiiient, and which approval states unequi- I y their acceptance of approval of a variance from the required ten feet to no tfkiM six feet to an occupied dwelling structure; all other ordinance require- i! tuts be satisfied.
