Carol J. Weis - Approved as requested.
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6”
from the Otter Tail County’s Sanitation Code requirement of a 2’ separation between existing elevation and water
table/mottling or ordinary high water level for the purpose of installing a mound system by the filing of a 20’ by 50’ area
6” deep with 60 yards of fill to create the required 2’ separation. It was noted that the granting of the variance as
requested will provide the applicant with the ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate
area and will also provide the applicant with a reasonable use of her property.
