Hardship/practical difficulty is meeting the road requirements for platting, the variance as a!pprove will result in three reasonably sized and useable lots for development. A letter from Corliss Township indicating that they would not require the proposed roadway to be 66’ in width and stating that the roadway may be 33’ wide was read for the record. The township also noted that they will not take over the roadway and that .it will remain a private roadway.
