F. E. Lundberg, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct a screened porch aito
existing cabin 47' from lake on Lot 10, Res "F" of Haggstrem's Beach, Maine Township.
After consideration, notion was made by John Everts to allow the application of the

Moticn was then made by Roger Marty, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried,
to grant a side lot variance on the east side to cone forward from existing cabin.

Gary Spies, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct cabin 70' fron lake
on parcel called Lot 2, located in G.L, 1, Section 34, Girard Township. After consider
ation, motion was made by Roger Marty, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried,
to deny, no adquate hardship shewn.

motion made by Roger Marty, seconded by Marcus Wiechitann and unanimously carried.
Jaccb G. Perola, New York Mills, MSI, tabled from the April and May meetings, was denied
ipon motion made hy Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously carried.
Rcnald Leonard Pihlstrcm, Frazee, MI, request to r^laoe existing garage with a 28' x
36' garage on pt. of G.L. 5, Section 6, Gorman Township, tabled from the April and
May meetings, was retinmed for discus^iion. After consideration, motion was made by
Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously carried, to grant approval,
substandard lot of record.
