MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 21 from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the construction of a 4' by 12' addition
approximately 54' from the lake. It should be noted that the proposed addition is already hickten from the
neighbor's view as the addition is behind the site line.
