Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Robert Schwartz andJunanimousiy carried, to approve the
subdivision and the conveyance of a portion of Lot 17 (approximateiy 250’ by 53’) for permanent attachment to
adjacent property (Lot 16) and to approve the subdivision and the conveyance of a portion of Lot 18 (approximateiy
250’ by 53’) for permanent attachment to the adjacent property (Lot 19) with the condition that a registered surveyor’s
drawing must be provided at the time of recording and with the condition that both parcels must be conveyed at the
same time.
