We would like this variance to include and additional four feet to the west of the current structure to allow expansion of the storage bldg. ("A-1" on the accompanying sketch form). "A-2" represents an alternate, though less less desirable expansion. The storage building currently has a concrete base and we are seeking this variance in order to utilize the current base. The outhouse ("B" on the accompanying sketch form) will be taken down if this variance will enable us to enlarge the current storage building. The outhouse,- no longer in use, has served as additional storage. It is deteriorating and we would like to replace it and the storage building, which has suffered unrepairable damage during the past two winters and will no longer provide dry storage for equipment. In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING. I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreiand Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required by the township for my proposed project.
