Explain your request:! have sold Jungle Shores Resort and Lots 6-12 of Jungle Shores
and the unplatted remainder of Government Lot 9, except the tract which is the
subject of this Application. I continue to own Lots 1 and 2 of Jungle Shores
and Lots 3, 4 and 5 are owned by others. I am applying for a Variance to allow
me to retain ownership of Tract A on the attached map. The tract would have
100 feet of frontage on County Highway #8 and would be approximately 236.5 feet
wide in back and would be 504.4 feet in depth. The tract is less than the
2.5 acres which would otherwise be required by the Subdivision Controls
Ordinance because a larger tract would interfere with the open space desired
for the resort. If the variance is approved, the tract will be surveyed
and the surveyed description used on the deeds of conveyance.

In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required
by the township for my proposed project.
