Wee Villa Resort, LTD - Approved with condition. Wee Villa Resort, LTD., Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance of 10’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the screening in of an existing 12’ by 16’ deck located 90’ from the ordinary high water level. After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Linda Bergerud and unanimously carried, to allow the existing deck to be screened with the condition that the screened portion of the deck cannot exceed the string line as it currently exist on September 13, 2001 between the adjacent structures on either side of the affected property.
