Motion was made by John Ev’erts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of approximately 49’ from the required ordinary high water level setback
of 75' and a variance of approximately 11.5' from the required shore impact zone setback of
37.5' for the construction of a 12' by 14' screened porch and for the replacement of a flat
roof with a gabled roof being approximately 2S' from the ordinary high water level,
noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the
existing structure.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

25 will be permanently attached to Lots 17 and 24 and the east half of Lots 16 and 25 will be
permanently attached to Lots 15 and 26. There will be no residual lot remaining. It should be noted
that the granting of this variance allows the applicant to accomplish what could have been accomplished
by the original owner of Lots 16 and 25 if they would have made the split and transfer prior to the
transfer of all Lots 16 and 25 to the owner of Lots 15 and 26. The combined lots will not lose their
building rights.
