MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approv
transfer of the west half of lots 16 and 25 to the owner of Lots 17 and 24, The west half of Lots 1^'^hd
25 will be permanently attached to Lots 17 and 24 and the east half of Lots 16 and 25 will be
permanently attached to Lots 15 and 26. There will be no residual lot remaining. It should be noted
that the granting of this variance allows the applicant to accomplish what could have been accomplished
by the original owner of Lots 16 and 25 if they would have made the sp.lit and transfer prior to the
transfer of all Lots 16 and 25 to the owner of Lots 15 and 26. The combined lots will not lose their
building rights.
