Dear Mr. Hendrickson:
This is to verify our telephone conversation of this date, as follows:
If the outhouse on Lot 3 and NW 1/2 of Lot 4 of K-B Beach, Little
Pine Lake is located legally for all setbacks, the pit may be filled
until its bottom is 3' 0" above the water table, and the outhouse used
at its present location.
This outhouse must be at least 50 feet from the lake, 50 feet from all deep
wells or 100 feet from all shallow wells, 10 feet from neighbors lot lines,
20 feet from the road right-of-way and 10 feet from a dwelling.

RE: Abatement notice on Little Pine Lake.
Dear Little Pine Lake Property Owner:
This office has no record of a response from you for over thirty days
concerning the abatement notice delivered to you by certified mail. Sewage
system(s) corrections are required on this lot to conform to Otter Tail
County Codes.
Unless a plan of action is submitted for corrections, and necessary permits
are aquired by August 19, 1985 this matter will be turned over to the Otter
Tail County Attorney's Office for their action.
Contact this office. Permits are required to install, alter, repair, or
extend any individual sewage treatment system in the Shoreland Management
area of Otter Tail County.
