reque.ated. The applicants indicated that they were in the process of acquiring this property prior to February 5th,
1992. A purchase agreement had been signed in November of 1991, but because of the death of the property ov/ner
the property transaction was delayed until after February 5th, 1992. The granting of the variance request will allow
