Fischer - Approved John J. Fischer, Perham, MN, requested a variance of 6" from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction of a garage onto an existing cabin 9'6" from the side lot line. The property is described as Tract 2. in Government Lots 5 and 4, Section 30 of Corliss Township on Little Pine Lake. The applicant was represented by Tony Stoll at the hearing, The audience v/as polled v/ith no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6" from the required side lot line setback of 1 O' for the construction of a garage onto an existing cabin 9' 6" from the side lot line. Magnus 0. Foss - Withdrawn Magnus 0, Foss, Jr,, Fargo, ND. requested a variance to construct a dwelling in the bluff impact zone. The dwelling will be 24' in front of the crest of the bluff. If the variance is approved the applicant will subdivide his three lots under different ownership. The property is described as Lots 19, 20 and 21, Pelican Lake Park, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried to table the request until the November 4th, 1993, meeting for additional measurement information. At the November 4th, 1993, meeting the variance request was tabled until the December 2nd, 1993 meeting. At the December 2nd, 1993, meeting the applicant decided to withdraw his original request and submitted a new application for the next scheduled meeting. Tom Springer - Approved Tonri Springer, New York Mills, MN, requested a variance of 4' from the required 1 O' holding tank setback for the construction of a 24' by 24' garage 6' from the holding tank. The property is described as Lot 1, Springer's Beach, Big Pine Lake in Pine LaKe Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Bert Olson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to table the variance request until the December 2nd, 1993, meeting. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 4' from the required 10' holding tank setback for the construction of a 24' by 24' garage 6' from the holding tank. Lynn Edward Amundson - Withdrawn Lynn toward Amundson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested a variance of 20' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the construction of a 26’ by 30’ garage on the edge of the road right-of-way. The garage would be located 24' from the driving surface. The property is described as Lot 3, 2nd Addition to Inlet Beach and vacated road. Lake Lida in Lida Township. The audience was polled with Clinton Strand speaking to the variance request. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling. seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to table this variance request until the December 2nd, 1993, meeting for additional information.
