Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on May 19,1976 at 7:30 P.M, in the Court House, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Members present Xirere;' Beck, Christianson, Davis, Estes, Lenius,
Ryan, Fjostad and Delzer. Bemie Bodien,
Ass’t. County Attorney also present,
A motion by Fjostad, second by Estes to approve the
minutes of the May 5, 1976 meeting as mailed.
Voting: All members in favor,
A motion by Davis, second by Pjestad to approve the
variance application of Larry Hovland, dated May 7,
1976 on Jacobs Lake, No, 56-1039, NE, Sec, 22 of
Norwegian Grove Twp,
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed:

Passed:A motion by Davis, second by Delzer to approve the
variance of Edwin Anderson, dated May 11, 1976 on
Dead Lake, No"! ^6-383, C, Sec, 35 of Dead Lake Twp.
at 67 feet setback from lake.

variance application of Roger Goettsch. dated May 17,

A motion by Estes, second by Beck to deny the Special Use Permit application of Darch Branch, dated April 8,
1976 on V/est Leaf Lake, No. 56-II4, RD, Sec. 16 of
Leaf Lake Twp.
Voting; All members in favor except Delzer.
A motion by Delzer, second by Davis to approve a
Special Use Permit for L & S Investment per plan submitted May 19, 1976 on Otter Tail Lake, No. 56-2li.2,'
GD, Sec. 29 of Otter Tail Lake. Stabilize with rock
and sod area after leveling (10 feet of sod in width-
parallel to lake) maximum 20 feet landward. Clair
