Holly Sonmor - Approved with Conditions: A Conditional Use Permit Application to bring existing driveway 2’ above lake level for driveway 18’ wide (per drawing on file with Land & Resource Management Office, project will require 800 - 900 yds of fill). Requesting to do project this Fall. The property is described as Lots 6,7 & 8 (60.35 AC) in Section 5 of St. Olaf Township; Johnson Lake (56-393), NE. Holly Sonmor represented the Application, stating the contractor indicated that it would be beneficial to move the road to the east. Motion: A motion by Estes, second by Lachowitzer to approve the request, allowing the road to be moved to the east provided Land & Resource Management receives & approves a new plan showing the changed location; an erosion control and a restoration plan must also be reviewed and approved by Land & Resource Management prior to starting the project, may extend the September 1®‘ earthmoving deadline to November 1, 2001, Land & Resource Management may approve an additional extension if necessary.
