The 33 foot ingress and egress easement shown on the map is already in place and is being used to serve metes and bounds lakeshore lots and backlots to the west. In this case, the owner believes that strict enforcement of the 2,5 acre requirement would not be practical or feasible, and would cause unnecessary hardship. However, he also reminded me that the Board of Adjustments was considering a requirement for a 66 wide easement from the county highway right-of-way to the west side of my land. My wife, Connie Jo Dirks recently took an option on the property lying Immediately east of this parcel which. If exercised, would allow us to establish such an easement. Therefore, on behalf of my wife, Connie Jo Dirks, I hereby request that the Board of Adjustments allow her application to be withdrawn and re-submltted at such time as a revised survey plan may be provided.
