A motion by Snowberg, second by Aho to approve the
special use application of Roger Hesby. dated April 22,
1974 on Clitherall Lake, No. $6-23^> RD, Sec. 7 of
Nidaros TwpBlk 1, Clitherall Beach Park, provided that the wash
out is filled no closer than 150' from lake and provided
water is diverted away from washout until stabilized.

discussed with the Planning Commission and they felt that the township
should be making the application. The application will be taken up
at the June 5, 1974 meeting.
