the special use application of Darvll Arntson. dated
May 1, 1974 Hoot Lake, No. 56-7o2, RD, Sec, 25 of
Fergus Falls Twp.
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Snowberg, second by Aho to approve the
special use application of Roger Hesby. dated April 22,
1974 oo Clltherall Lake, No. 5^"238, RD, Sec. 7 of
Nidaros Twp., except cutting bank along Lake on Lots 1-9,
Blk 1, Clatherall Beach Park, provided that the wash
out is filled no closer than 150’ from lake and provided
water is diverted away from washout until stabilized.
Fill and stabilization completed by September 1, 1974»
Variance approved for 75 foot setback from lake for
buildings on Lots 1-9, Blk 1, Clitherall Beach Park.

The special use application of L.L. Watkins on East Spirit Lake was
discussed with the Planning Commission and they felt that the township
should be making the application. The application will be taken up
at the June $, 1974 meeting.

Sec. 33 of Homestead Twp. for more information concerning
Developers are Fern & Robert Morstad, New
