After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by David Wass and unanimously carried, to deny the variance application for failure of the applicants to attend the public hearing unless the secretary of board can obtain from the applicants within a reasonable time (two weeks) a letter granting the Board of Adjustment authority to table their request until the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment in which case the application will be considered tabled.
