Ward Uggerud made a motion, second by Rick Wilson and unanimously carried, to approve placement of the proposed 26’ by 26’ detached garage no closer to the ordinary high water level than the lakeside of the existing dwelling (as determined by extending the lakeside of the existing dwelling in a northeasterly direction) with the condition that the proposed 26’ by 26’ garage cannot be placed in the road right-of-way. The variance as approved might require a change to the length of the structure to keep the proposed structure out the road right-of-way. The variances as approved will provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their property.
