After discussion and consideratibh, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously
carried, to approve the placement of a dwelling (double wide mobile home) no closer to the ordinary high water level
than what would be permitted by the current building line.' The building line is the line between the structures,
excluding decks, on the adjacent properties as determined by extending a line between the points of those structures
that are nearest theprdinary high water level and which are on the common lot line side of the structures.
