EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
I would like permission to inclose the cement porch deck on
the fromt of my laice residence. This house was built in 1960
before lakeshore requirements were established. The cement deck
was built in 1961 and was built with the intentions of inclosing
at alater date. A rough drav/ing showing the location of the
cottage with relationship to the lot and the shoreline.is provided.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
