Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission was hold on September 3> 1975 at 7:30 P.M, in the Court House, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 5^537.
Members present were; Beck, Christianson, Davis, Estes, Lenius,
Ryan, Edlund, D. Nelson. Steve Van Drake
was also present.
A motion by Christianson, second by Beck to approve the
minutes of the August 6, 1975 meeting as mailed.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;
A motion by Davis, second by D. Nelson to approve the
special use application of Bob Lucking, dated July 21,
1975 on Big Pine Lake, No. 56-130, GD, Sec. l8#of Pine
Lake Township subject to terracing and no more than
2 foot maximum cut as indicated on drawing submitted.
This is only for south portion of area. To be completed
by October 1, 1975*
Passed;
Voting Yes; Beck, Davis, Estes, Lenius, Edlund and Nelson.
Voting No; Christianson.
Abstain; Ryan.
A motion by Christianson, second by Davis to deny the
variance application of Edwin Pazdernik, dated August 11,
1975 on Clitherall Lake, No. 58-328, RD, Sec. 6 of
Nidaros Twp.
Passed;
Voting; All members in favor except Edlund who abstained.
A motion by Art Christianson to approve the Special Use application of
Donald Lewis, dated August 12, 1975 on Lizzie Lake, No. 58-760, RD.
Sec. 31 of Dunn Twp. for draining to Poss field behind property and to
build up his driveway 1 foot with culvert. Township approval required
for going under township road. Motion died for lack of a second.
Zymunt Palowski objected.
A motion by Christianson, second by Nelson to approve the
special use permit of Donald Lewis, dated August 12, 1975
on Lizzie Lake, No. 56-760, RD, Sec. 31 of Dunn Twp.
subject to building road 20 feet from south aide lot line
and no higher than neighbors land elevation with 10 inch
culvert at lowest point. Slope toward corner of lot.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;
