Approval of Agenda Motion by Mosher, second by Lee, and unanimously carried to approve the County Board agenda of July 26, 2005, with the following addition: West Central Initiative Jail and CD/Meth Treatment Space Needs Study Approval of IVlinutes Motion by Froemming, second by Nelson, and unanimously carried to approve the County Board minutes of July 19, 2005, as presented. Approval to Pay Bills Motion by Nelson, second by Lee, and unanimously carried to approve payment of the County Board bills per Attachment A of these minutes. Planning Commission Recommendations Conditional Use Permit-Marin Bay Condominium Assn. Inc: The Conditional Use Permit Application for Marin Bay Condominium Assn, was recommended for withdrawal as requested by a letter received by the Planning Commission from John Bunnell, Treasurer of the Association. Boehland: Motion by Froemming, second by Mosher, and unanimously carried to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a topographical restoration project with conditions as recommended by the Planning Commission. For improved safety, security and privacy as well as reduced environmental nuisance (dust and noise control) we propose to construct a new segment of driveway 500ft. long that routes the driveway further N.E. of our residence. Contractor JL Trucking, Excavating & Grading will strip of black dirt, take base material from portion of existing road & replace black dirt over portion of old section of driveway (cross-section of new driveway construction available for viewing at the Land & Resource Office). Vacated driveway segment will be quit claimed back to us & easement transferred to new segment. Driving surface of roadway will be 16' wide. Additional load bearing base and gravel top surface will be brought in to supplement materials removed from old roadway as necessary. Roll Call: Members Present: Jim Arno, Rod Boyer, Ken Erickson, Joe Maske, Bert Olson, Robert Schwartz, Rick Wilson and Leona Zimmerman. Members Absent: Les Estes and David Trites. Nicole Hansen represented the County Attorney's Office and Bill Kalar represented the Land & Resource Management Office. Minutes of July 13. 2005: A motion by Maske, second by Erickson to approve with a clarification on the motion for Teigen Bros Partnership; condition number one (1) should state: 1. The “ditch side” s/ope"s”from the cul-de-sac to the westerly culvert must be 3 to 1 and be vegetated (i.e, hydro seed or coconut blanket). Marin Bay Condominium Ass'n.
