The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried xpon the following vote: All voting in favor. Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to allow the combining of the three parcels to be split into two parcels, hardship being making substandard lots into two more standard lots, provided, however, that two of the cabins, designated as cabins 13 & 15, together with the storage shed-fish house are eliminated from the resort area, subject to obtaining an operating permit from the Planning Comtdssion, to be accorrplished within a six month period. The motion was seconded by John EVerts and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant 7' variance from lot line, provided the closest part of the addition will remain^ 14 feet from the neighbor's storage cabin, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges the neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor.
