Tlmrsdav, Anril 19, 1979 in the Commissioners Room o-^ the Courthouse, with
George V’alter, Richard Portnan, Crai? Anderson, Calvin doV^anson and Tom
Donoho present.
'iotion was made bv Craig Anderson to correct the minutes of
the March 15th meeting relative to the Tom Sullivan anneal to allow a variance
of 2* 2" closer to the lake from the nresent building line.The motion was ■
seconded by George t’alter and carried.
The apnlication of Ronald Froheck for a variance to construct
two structure.s, a home and a guest house, on '".I.. 3, Section 29 - 134 39.
*’otion was made by Richard Poftmann to deny tiie annlication liecause the e
ordinance specifically forbids two residences on one let also not ertough lake
frontage.The motion was seconded bv Galvin .Tohanson and carried.
The annlication of James T. Sv;enson for vari.ance to construct an
addition to an existing structure, to be 7S feet from the high water mark rather
than the required 100' on Tract C in G.L. 1, Section 7 - 132 - 39 w.as brought
un for consideration.Motion was made bv Craig Anderson to grant said annlication.
Motion was seconded by George '.'.'alter and carried.
J'ames Hyestone anneared before the board requesting a variance-

to renlace a garage to be build 4' from the lot line, on S 73' of Lot 4, Block 1,
Motion w.Ts made bv Craig .Anderson to denv saidMiller Reach, Rush Lake Tov/nshin.a
variance because of objections '^rom the neighbor.The motion vras seconded bv Calvin
.Tohanson and carried.
There being no further business, the meeti.ng was adjourned.
