road to the existing easement road and to table these applications until
the next Planning Commission meeting. Mr. S Mrs. Kl{n.ed Bothun appeared
before the Commission. .

A motion by Petterson, second by Portmann to approve the conditional
use application oj^ Robert B^ker, dated May 20, 1985 on Long Lake,
No. 56-784, RD, Sec. 10 oi Elizabeth Tivp. to {III to a maximum depth
o{ 24 Inches, not to be an average o{ 8 Inches across, make sure It
Is sloped back away {rom the water, and leave 6-8 Inches below Ice
ridge with washed sand or gravel.

A motion by Femling, second by Portmann to approve the conditional use
application o{ Michael Hackl, dated May 30, 1985 on Ida Lake, No. 56-
582, RV, Sec. 3 o{ Scambler Twp. to move only enough earth to make
driveway suitable {or winter use, a place to put the snow and a place to approach the township road. Pill to come {rom area by the pole
barn and that an access {or neighbor's lot be provided and no deeper
than existing level area by pole barn.

application o{ Robert Boe, dated June 6, 1985 on Lida Lake, No. 56-747,

24 {eet by 24 {eet {or parking o{ cars with a maximum o{ 8 Inches
o{ {III, area abutts the road 10 {eet {rom south lot line, and to stay
below the level o{ the access road. Linda Fisher, James Erickson,
Joan Nelson and Margie Lachowltzer spoke to the Commission.
