2. Owner is legally responsible for all surface water drainage that may occur.
3. No fill shall enter or be taken from the beds of a public water without a valid permit from the State of Minnesota Depart
ment of Natural Resources.
4. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecu-

To clearify our discussion of Friday, July 16,1976.
making a memo regarding the property in Section 7 on the
shore of Clitherall Lake.
I am
It is permissable to construct a driveway through the low
area of lots "D" and "E" to join the high building sites
on these lots with the driveway on Lot "C".
I also understand that we may obtain a building variance on
lots "D" and "E", for a 75 foot setback from the lake to
conform more closely to the setback of the homes to the northwest
of these lots.
