SWENSON AND JAMES T. SWENSON SUBJECT: This Permit Request was considered carefully at our last Board of Directors meeting, Saturday, May 25, 1991. Motion was made, seconded, discussed thoroughly and passed to oppose this request. The Board of Directors are in agreement that defacement of a lengthy segment of this natural bluff would be inconsistent with the Ordinances that have been established, not benefitting the long range interest of the Clitherall Lake environment.It also opens the potential of additional development that, it seems in similar cases, has also not been beneficial. The Clitherall Lake Association, Inc. has a membership of 200 property owners, out of approximately 260 total pieces of property on the lake. This is a very good indication of an active and interested community in the living and water quality environment and the natural beauty of Clitherall Lake. These reasons are why 200 families we represent have made such a significant investment in Clitherall Lake.
