MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
screen in an existing porch which is setback approximately 4’ from the ordinary high water levei and to grant
permission to repair the roof and foundation. It was noted that the overall foot print of the structure does not change
as a result of the applicant’s proposal. It was also noted that the structure is a historical structure.
