Motion was made by David Hojrngren, second by Steve/Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed
18’ by 20’ addition being no closer than 50’ from the ordinary high water level and being at least 10’ from the lot line.
Hardship is a; substandard lot of record and having water on two side of the property. It was also noted, by the Land
and Resource Department, that this is not a second dwelling and that the applicant does have two separate lots.
